How do I log a shot?
From the home screen, tap the shot logging button. Select your injection site and confirm. GLP-1 Journal will record the date, time, dose, and site automatically.
How do I track my weight?
You can enter your weight manually or take a photo of your scale. The app uses on-device image recognition to extract the reading — no data leaves your device.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs privately across your Apple devices through Apple's CloudKit. No accounts or servers are involved beyond your personal iCloud.
Is my health data private?
Yes. All data stays on your device and in your private iCloud container. We do not collect, access, or transmit any of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does dictation work?
GLP-1 Journal uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to transcribe your dictated notes. No audio is sent to any server — everything is processed locally on your device.
How do I change my GLP-1 medication or dose?
Go to your profile settings to update your current medication and dose. Your previous dose history is preserved for tracking purposes.
How do I restore my purchase?
Purchases are managed through the App Store. Open GLP-1 Journal and your purchase will be restored automatically. If not, go to Settings on your device and manage your App Store purchases.
What is the free trial?
GLP-1 Journal offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a one-time purchase unlocks premium features permanently.
